These are the DOL/OFLC LCA disclosure columns this prototype currently uses for search, filtering, summaries, and detail pages.

| case_status | DOL LCA case outcome. Certified means DOL certified the LCA; it is not an H-1B petition approval from USCIS. | Certified |

| decision_date | Date the Department of Labor issued a decision. | 2024-01-20 |
| fiscal_year | Government fiscal year associated with the record. | 2024 |
| employer_name | Employer that filed the LCA. | Google LLC |
| employer_city | Employer headquarters or filing city from the disclosure record. | Mountain View |
| employer_state | Employer state from the disclosure record. | CA |
| job_title | Position title listed by the employer. | Software Engineer |
| soc_code | Standard Occupational Classification code. | 15-1252.00 |
| soc_title | Standard occupational category title. | Software Developers |
| worksite_city | City where work is intended to occur. | New York |
| worksite_state | State where work is intended to occur. | NY |
| wage_from | Lower bound of the offered base wage range. Salary summaries use this value for annual records. | 150000 |
| wage_to | Upper bound of the offered base wage range when provided. | 180000 |
| wage_unit | Unit used for the wage value. Do not mix Year and Hour in salary summaries. | Year |
| prevailing_wage | Prevailing wage listed for the role/location. | 145000 |
